Menu: Four Whistle Farms Duck Risotto or Vegetarian Risotto

Paired with your choice of 3 wines

The evening will include a welcome ZOOM reception, including a snack to enjoy while mingling. Once everyone settles in, we will get to cooking. You'll follow along with Chef Paul, as he takes you through the process of preparing a duck risotto dish, from start to finish. He will share with you some basic knife skills, some foundational cooking skills, and the basics of making a great risotto. From there you will be able to add this skill to your culinary repertoire, using the basics of risotto making to create your very own favourite dishes. Once the "work" is done, you'll be able to enjoy the fruits of your labours. The evening will involve some laughs, some fun, a little bit of cooking experience, and hopefully no bandaids! Whether you're a seasoned pro in the kitchen, or can't cook your way out of a paper bag, you WILL be able to do this, and it will be fun. And hey, if you mess it up, order a pizza, we won't judge!

Each Ticket includes your menu package and one bottle of  your wine choice.

Synergy Members receive one free ticket and can purchase additional for $75 per person.
