She is also the director of the Runwild Wildones Marafun race, leading 22 elementary schools and over 650 students in the health and fitness program, culminating with the race every May in St. Albert.  Together with her partners, they have raised over $425,000 for the Zebra Child Protection Center and the St. Albert Seniors Association through this race since 2011.  Other charities that are the recipients of her support include the Edmonton Down Syndrome Society, Pilgrims Hospice, the St. Albert Rugby Club and the Centre for Family Literacy.

The recipient of multiple awards from the St. Albert Chamber of Commerce including the Lynda Moffat Woman of Distinction Award, she is a finalist later this month for two Alberta Business Awards including Small Business of the Year and the Woman Entrepreneur of Distinction.
